"I have been with this agency since I started driving and have had all my vehicles and my home insurance through them. I have never had a ticket, an accident, or any sort of claim. All I have done is pay money to them for 10 years. Now I have a claim on my roof which is being handled in a very shady way. At the same time my roof and shed started leaking and we called them. The adjuster they sent out wanted to immediately blame everything on the boots. When asked why my shed started leaking at the same time as the roof, the adjuster replied with, "well that's just shingles nailed to plywood so it's gonna leak." I will stop there because that should show how rediculous this is, but I could go on with many more outright lies and just basically how they have scammed me to avoid having to pay what they should."
